✨Terms of Service✨

General

  • Preferred communication is through VGen. You can expect a response within 24 hours (Max). I will reach out to you asap

  • You can also contact me with my instagram, twitter, or discord

  • Please provide reference whether it's through images or your own description

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission if it’s out of my comfort zone. I will not draw NSFW or sensitive theme. Over detailed design will be simplified

Payments

  • Clients need to pay fully before I can start working on the project

Revisions and Workflow

  • Revisions are available during the sketch and coloring process

  • I will sketch all the emotes first and send them to you for your approval

  • I will finish one emote first and send it to you in case color revision is needed

  • Finally, I will finish the rest

Deadlines and Delivery

  • Progress would take around 3-14 days depends on the complexity and quantity of the commission

  • I will reach out to you directly if there will be any delay due to my health or unexpected incident

  • The files will be sent in Drive

Use

  • Upon purchase, you agree that you do not own the right to use these for merchandise or sale. You will not claim this artwork as your own creation

  • You have the right to upload these on Twitch, Twitter, Discord, and YouTube with proper credit. You can also use this as pfp, discord server icon, or notification with proper credit

  • Commercial merchandising use will be 2x of the price

Intellectual Property Rights

  • I do not permit any of my works to be uploaded or used in training to AI, or any AI-related purpose

  • Any usage of my works in cryptocurrency/blockchain/NFT-related media, online posts, sites, etc., or any future inventions in this space, goes directly against my TOS

  • Tracing my artwork is strictly prohibited

Refunds

  • Refunds only applicable when I'm not able to complete the commission for any reason
